Mediation Philosophy
Fran believes that families are best served when they maintain control over the decisions that will shape their future. Mediation allows parties to be heard, explore options, and reach solutions tailored to their unique circumstances rather than having outcomes imposed by a court.
Her goal is to help families reduce conflict, preserve relationships where possible, and create practical agreements that support long-term stability and peace of mind.
