John Delehanty is a former commercial and intellectual property litigator with 50 years of experience at major Manhattan based law firms, including Paul Weiss, where he started his career. John became a full time mediator in 2018 when he retired from Mintz Levin.
John has extensive mediation training through AAA, CPR and New York State Bar Association. Additionally, John is the author of many articles on ADR and intellectual property issues. He has served as Neutral (Chair, sole arbitrator) in over 30 arbitrations and over 50 mediations in the US and abroad.
