He also has a private matrimonial mediation practice, is certified in matrimonial collaborative law, sits as a matrimonial arbitrator, and was New York State Certified as an attorney representing children. Mr. Pappalardo served as a Guardian Ad Litem in Litigation proceedings for 35 years.

Mr. Pappalardo is admitted to the State and Federal Bar in New York, New Jersey, and Massachusetts. He is also a member of the Bar for the United States Supreme Court.

Mr. Pappalardo is heavily involved in arbitration and mediation, and is on the AAA, CPR, FINRA, NAM, Second Department Special Masters, Arbitration Ireland Association, and Westchester, Putnam, Dutchess, Bronx, Rockland Orange, and NYC ADR neutral panels. He has taught Arbitration and Mediation programs for the AAA and has spoken in the field on behalf of the Westchester County Bar Association, New York State Bar Association and National Business Institute.
