Patrice Pucci is an attorney, a Florida Supreme Court certified mediator, a hearing officer, a teacher, and an employment law consultant. Ms. Pucci holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Speech from Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois, then attended Stetson University College of Law in St. Petersburg, Florida, where she received her J.D. Degree. Patrice is licensed to appear before the Florida State courts, the United States Court for the Middle District of Florida and the United States Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
Upon graduating from law school, Ms. Pucci went into a private law practice with the firm of Battaglia, Ross, Hastings, Dicus and Andrews. Ms. Pucci later became in-house counsel for GTE Corporation (now known as Verizon) in 1988 serving as Regional Counsel for GTE Directories Corporation from 1988-1995, and as General Counsel for GTE Telecommunication Services Inc. from 1995-1997.
In 1997, Ms. Pucci started her own law firm and practices primarily in the areas of employment law and employee relations. Ms. Pucci handles cases throughout Pinellas County (incl. St. Petersburg, Clearwater), throughout Pasco County (incl. New Port Richey), throughout Hillsborough County/Tampa as well as in Sarasota, Manatee, and Bradenton Counties.
As a mediator, she serves as a contract mediator for the Department of Justice through the Key Bridge Foundation. Additionally, she is an employee relations trainer instructing on laws relating to sex, age, race and disability discrimination, retaliation, wage disputes, sexual harassment, non-compete agreements, and unemployment compensation.
