Rachel Blankenship

Business Name: RR Mediation Services
Website: www.rrmskc.com

Rachel Blankenship has been working with families since 2006 and has spent many years addressing ways to reduce the conflict that comes with family law. Many lives are impacted when family members disagree and when she first learned about the legal mediation process, she learned firsthand how much better the process is for everyone involved.

Divorce, along with parenting time modifications and parenting conflicts in general can result in hardships for children. With parents arguing, family members involving themselves, routine changes, holiday changes and finance changes, affects the children, no matter the age of the child. Mediation is designed to help reduce the stress and conflict that comes with these changes for all involved.

Additionally, aging family members or challenging health concerns shouldn’t be a point of conflict. As a Bioethical mediator, she has been trained to help families understand and work though the unique conflicts that arise when healthcare decisions need to be made.

Mediation is faster than traditional litigation, less expensive and the end results are tailored to exactly what your family needs.

Rachel is registered and listed through The Missouri Bar pursuant to Rule 17 as a dispute resolution neutral.  She is also registered with the Kansas Supreme Court as a certified dispute resolution provider.  She is approved to mediate with Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education complaints related to 504/IEP plans and is President of MARCH Mediation for the State of MO.

Additionally, Rachel is presenting at the National Conference for the Association for Conflict Resolution at the Jimmy and Roselyn Carter Center for Peace and Conflict Resolution.
