Sara Kula assists parties in resolving disputes through pre- and post-litigation mediation. Sara remains neutral and respectful as she facilitates communication between the parties, increases understanding on all sides, clarifies misunderstandings, and fosters creative thinking. Sara believes a mediation is successful if all sides have sufficient information to make an informed decision concerning whether there is a mutually agreeable resolution preferable to all parties than continued litigation. In reaching this result, Sara listens to the parties’ concerns, acts as a sounding board, questions the parties positions, and provides them with additional factors to consider.
Sara has experience representing both employees and employers in counseling and litigation and regularly serves as a neutral mediator, arbitrator and investigator. Sara has worked exclusively in the employment law field since graduating from Law School in 2003. She specializes in the areas of:
