Fran Brochstein

Fran Brochstein is a Texas Hill Country Family Law Mediator serving Burnet County and surrounding Texas counties. As a family law mediator, Fran works with families who seek divorce and family mediation services, and to address child custody, visitation and support issues.

Fran is a CREDENTIALED DISTINGUISHED MEDIATOR (highest level in the State of Texas) through the Texas Mediator Credentialing Association, and she offers a free 10 minute telephone consult to determine the next step families with family law issues need.

In 2018, Fran received a Lifetime Achievement Award from the Association for Conflict Resolution – Houston Chapter and was recognized as one of the 50 outstanding women in Houston for 2017 by Houston Woman Magazine. Fran is the incoming President of the Texas Association of Mediators (TAM) for 2022-23.
