Alvin is a Florida Certified Circuit Court Mediator, Florida Qualified Arbitrator, Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Arbitrator, and Attorney with over 20 years of Department of Defense (DoD), Intelligence Community (IC), and private sector experience. During his career, Alvin served in senior-level operations, management, compliance, policy, and legal positions at the Central Intelligence Agency, Defense Intelligence Agency, Office of Naval Intelligence, and U.S. Special Operations Command.
As an Attorney in the government and private sector, Alvin combines his knowledge of law, technology, and security principles to provide comprehensive legal counseling, independent investigation, and alternative dispute resolution (ADR) services to attorneys and companies, as well as government organizations at the local, state, and federal levels.
Alvin is a member of the Florida Bar and admitted to the Middle District of Florida. Alvin earned his Juris Doctorate (JD) and Master of Law (LL.M) in International Law from Stetson University College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Interdisciplinary Social Science from the University of South Florida.
