Ashley’s cumulative experience comes from years of working closely with local law firms as a paralegal, addressing file and case management, trial prep and mediation prep. Ashley saw first hand the benefits of using mediation as a way to avoid litigation, its lengthy process in the courts, the stress it takes on those in dispute, as well as allowing the disputants to be a part of the resolution.
