Brad Fraser has represented a wide variety of clients, primarily in the defense of liability claims and has devoted a portion of his practice to family law. His initial efforts are to solve issues efficiently and economically; however he is comfortable taking clients’ issues to the various courts for resolution. He is licensed in Tennessee and Kentucky, and also admitted in the U.S. District Courts of Eastern and Middle Tennessee, and the U.S. District Court of Western Kentucky.
