Carl Combs

Carl E. Combs has been practicing law in California for over 30 years. Upon graduating from Modesto Junior College, he attended Brigham Young University. He then served a church mission to Lima, Peru before returning to BYU and receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree.

After managing a commercial business, Mr. Combs entered law school, where he earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Arizona. Carl has dedicated his law practice to providing cost effective and practical solutions to the legal issues of businesses and individuals for nearly 30 years. An effective mediator can resolve disputes quickly and reduce the parties litigation costs, deposition fees, and court filing expenses. Effective mediation may also expedite a fair resolution to the matter and save the parties years of waiting until the case is decided by a jury trial or judge. The mediation process helps the Plaintiff and Defendant to identify what each feels the dispute is about, what it is worth, and mutually agree to a fair settlement of the matter.
