An effective mediator can resolve disputes quickly and reduce the parties litigation costs, deposition fees, and court filing expenses. Effective mediation may also expedite a fair resolution to the matter and save the parties years of waiting until the case is decided by a jury trial or judge. The mediation process helps the Plaintiff and Defendant to identify what each feels the dispute is about, what it is worth, and mutually agree to a fair settlement of the matter.
Unless otherwise stipulated in writing, the mediation shall be confidential. Mr. Combs is also willing to travel to your location to conduct the mediation service. You need not be represented by an attorney to schedule a mediation with Mr. Combs.
