For nearly two decades, Charlotte Ejderberg has applied her combined training in Psychology and Life Coaching to help her clients gain a new perspective on approaching life’s personal and professional challenges.
Charlotte is a Divorce Coach, Collaborative Coach, and Co-Parenting Mediator, beginning her career in Executive Coaching. Being divorced herself, Charlotte knows firsthand the ways a divorce can devastate a person without the proper tools to understand the impact. She experienced a high-conflict divorce while raising young children, and it was only when she learned not to lean into the resistance of her high-conflict co-parent that she could take back her own life and remain a secure and stable connector to her children.
Charlotte is passionate about her work and her ability to serve as an objective thinking partner who will help decide how to frame essential decisions that will serve her clients and their children into the future.
As a divorce coach and co-parent mediator, she helps individuals navigate the difficult process of divorce and create a healthy and positive co-parenting relationship with their ex-partner. Through personalized coaching and mediation sessions, she provides guidance and support to help clients:
- Communicate effectively
- Manage emotions
- Develop a co-parenting plan that puts the needs of their children first
When mediating a parenting plan, parents are more likely to stay with a parenting plan they have created together, instead of one that is decided for them by the Court. Mediation, therefore, encourages participants to see themselves as the co- parents who share in the responsibility of their children’s future care.
