He has had a focus on personal injury and property damage claims, as well as all kinds of insurance issues. With an Undergraduate Degree in Psychology, he is interested in the persons involved in his claims and why some claims resolve easily and some do not, and what process is best during the mediation to reach resolution.
Craig started mediating and arbitrating cases through the Los Angeles County Courts, being a part of multiple panels at various branches. He was invited to be a part of the Voluntary Settlement Conference programs and various CRASH events since 2001. He added formal mediation training in 2011 at the Straus Institute at Pepperdine University School of Law in Malibu, California.
