Professional Overview

David N. Glassman is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator and Orlando attorney with more than 30 years of experience in commercial litigation, business disputes,  general civil litigation, commercial transactions, contracts, and real estate matters.  With this broad experience, David is expanding his mediation practice to assist corporations, companies and individuals in reaching efficient and economical resolutions of business and commercial disputes.

Admitted to The Florida Bar in 1992 and certified as a Circuit Civil Mediator in 2010, David brings both a seasoned litigator's perspective to the mediation process and the transactional experience to assist litigants in reaching a mutually agreeable resolution of disputes. His legal practice has included representation of both plaintiffs and defendants in business and contract disputes, real estate litigation, construction-related matters, community association conflicts, and other civil controversies.  He has also represented businesses and individuals in commercial transactions, including the sale and purchase of businesses, corporate and company governance agreements, and construction contracts.

David has served as a mediator for over ten years. His mediation experience has previously focused primarily on community association covenant disputes between associations and property owners.  David is now bringing his years of experience in mediating complex and thorny disputes between neighbors to the Central Florida business community and looks forward to assisting in the resolution of  business, contract, real estate, and construction disputes.
