Joseph Hern, Jr. has officially retired from the Agency for Health Care Administration and is now available for legal work as a Mediator to address disputes related to:

Joseph has been a member of the Florida Bar since 1982, and has been a Certified Circuit Civil Mediator since 1993. He is a former Court Mediation Officer at the First District Court of Appeals, a former Vice President and Senior Attorney to SunTrust Banks, Inc, and has 15 years of litigation experience in private practice.
