Prior to joining Stephanie Flynn Law, P.C., L.L.O., Kristin DeJarlais served as an in-house counsel as a Judge Advocate for the Air Force and prior to that, she was a Labor Relations Attorney. Kristin has extensive experience in Labor Management, Military Employee Discipline and Employee Relations. She was also a Judge Advocate for the Army where she gained extensive Military Law experience. Kristin received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from St. Cloud State University, with Cum Laude honors. Upon graduating from St. Cloud State University, she became a Private Investigator. Kristin then went on to William Mitchell College of Law to obtain her J.D. with an emphasis in Criminal Law. Kristin enlisted in the Army National Guard and held numerous positions within the Army as both enlisted and officer. She subsequently transferred to the Air Force and rose to the rank of Colonel. Kristin obtained extensive mediation and group facilitation experience as a member of the Federal Executive Board’s Shared Neutrals Council. While in Law School, Kristin was a member of various organizations and received the CALI Award for Excellent Academic Achievement in Family Law for receiving the highest grade in her Family Law class. Kristin also worked with the Legal Assistance to Minnesota Prisoners (LAMP) program and represented prisoners in family law cases. Kristin graduated law school in January 2003.
