Linley Richter, Jr.

R. Linley Richter, Jr. began practicing law in 1992, concentrating in criminal, personal injury, workers’ compensation, and domestic/family law. In 2014, he formed Richter Family Law Group, P.C., where Linley currently concentrates his practice mainly in the area of family law which includes: Divorce Child custody Child support Alimony Adoption Dependency and neglect Linley also handles a number of family law cases involving military service members and their spouses, and is a Rule 31 Listed Family Law Mediator and is specially trained in domestic violence issues. His varied background and experience, both in and out of the courtroom, give him a unique perspective from which to view and craft solutions to complex and difficult legal issues. His experience in the various facets of law gives him the ability to understand and handle almost any legal problem brought to his attention.
