Ms. Lucille Damone envisions Held Mediation to be a healing modality and believes that mediation fosters empowerment and yields the opportunity for repair, with the party in dispute and with their self. Her empathy for others has provided her with the ability to serve as a natural bridge between people, and her role as a mediator is one that is natural.
