Oksana is fascinated with how the legal system addresses conflict, and being born overseas, understands how important it is to work through cultural differences at the early stage of a dispute. Conflict exists in all avenues of life, and people are often unprepared to address it correctly, leading to emotional and financial burdens for lengthy periods of time.
She mediates both Civil and Domestic matters, with a focus on:
- Business / Contract disputes
- Partnership and corporation Disputes
- Divorce & Family Disputes
- Child Custody & Support Matters
- Elder Mediation
- Insurance
- Tenant Landlord & Homeowner Associations
For Oksana a legal representation of her clients is more than paperwork — it’s their story, their rights, and their future. She stands firm, advocates with purpose, and makes sure every chapter of their legal journey is handled with skill and care.
Oksana's steadfast dedication to serving clients who entrust her with resolving their disputes and addressing their interests is the cornerstone of her decision to become an attorney. She bring empathy, clarity, and balance to every conversation — because real resolution means everyone walks away heard. Oksana's clients will benefit from her international expertise in conflict resolution and negotiation.
In addition, as neutral mediator, she offers strict professional confidentiality in all matters.
