Phillip Ferderigos is certified as a Civil Mediator with the South Carolina Board of Arbitrator and Mediator Certification, as well as holds an AV Martindale-Hubbell rating, representing the highest level of professional excellence, and served as an editor of the 2015 South Carolina Bar Association Deposition Procedure Handbook, a concise reference manual of a deposition’s procedure in South Carolina and a go-to resource for lawyers during both depositions and trial, and practices in the areas of: Alternative dispute resolution and mediation Personal Injury Insurance defense Products liability Professional malpractice Construction law Insurance coverage Workers’ compensation Real estate and development Toxic torts Trucking and transportation Appellate practice Prior to entering private practice, he served as an intern with the Honorable Robert S.
