Mr. Randy Gibson is the founder of Hughes Harper Gibson, LLC, and has dedicated the majority of his professional career to the service of helping individuals, attorneys, and organizations with their dispute resolution needs.

Randy earned both a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice and a Computer Science minor with a concentration in Computer Information Technology from the The University of Alabama in 2003. After graduation, Randy received an offer from AIG, the largest insurance company in the world.  His early accomplishments as a successful sales representative fast-tracked his career into claims where he worked for over 15 years.

It was during this time that he became an expert in insurance investigations, evaluations, mediations, arbitrations, subrogation and litigation of personal injuries and auto property damage. He currently holds property and casualty licenses in Alabama, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Kentucky, Louisiana, Oklahoma, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Carolina, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Texas, Vermont, and Wyoming.
