Robert “Bob” Groelle brings more than 35 years of litigation and trial experience to his mediation practice. A Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator for over 18 years, Mr. Groelle provides strategic case evaluation, practical judgment, and real-world insight to help parties resolve complex disputes efficiently.

Throughout his legal career, Bob has handled a wide range of civil litigation matters, including insurance coverage disputes, construction defect claims, personal injury and tort liability cases, commercial contract disputes, workplace liability issues, and professional negligence claims. His experience includes both plaintiff and defense representation in first- and third-party litigation, giving him a balanced perspective that helps parties realistically assess risk and explore settlement opportunities.

Bob previously served for 24 years as managing partner of a multi-office mid-size law firm, where he oversaw complex litigation matters and teams of attorneys handling both high-volume claims and large, sophisticated disputes. His extensive trial background provides valuable insight into how cases are evaluated by courts and juries, allowing him to guide parties toward practical and informed resolutions during mediation.

Prior to entering the legal profession, Bob worked in construction, real estate, and service industries, experiences that contribute to his practical approach and ability to relate to parties from diverse professional and personal backgrounds.

He has received numerous professional recognitions, including being AV-Rated by Martindale-Hubbell for professional excellence and ethics. He has also served as a speaker and educator for legal, insurance, and professional organizations and was approved as a Qualified Arbitrator for the 15th Judicial Circuit in 2025.
