Sandro O. Monteblanco is the Managing Lawyer for the Monteblanco Group; formerly Monteblanco & Associates, a full-service law boutique that specializes in International Law headquartered in downtown New York, with offices in Lima, Madrid, and on the West End of London as well. He is a dynamic and motivated attorney who was raised in the United States, educated in Europe, and now resides in Peru.
Sandro is an active member of the American Bar Association, as well as the New York State Bar Association, the American Jewish Lawyers and Jurists Association. As a former world traveler, Sandro brings something different to the table, a novel and proactive approach designed to counteract a corrupt and indolent judicial system that afflicts Peru. He believe in making a difference for foreign nationals who inevitably must deal with the harsh hand of the Peruvian legal system.

Sandro is versed in the foremost and the latter with a special interest in International Parental Child Abduction (IPCA) under the Hague Convention, as well as in INTERPOL Red Notice Removal. His practice has taken him across the globe for cases involving the above matters and have been extremely effective in achieving the case’s objectives.
Over the last few years, Sandro trained to become certified in ADR, more specifically International Commercial Arbitration. This has come in handy for various reasons among which are the growing costs of legal fees and wasted time in judicial proceedings in the aforementioned jurisdictions. That said, personally, he is able to provide assistance in international Mediation & Arbitration in the US, Europe, and Latin America in four languages.
As former General Counsel for AIME USA, he was honored to represent a 100% Made In America PPE company based out of Florida and to be working for a Vet-owned company that had as core value of Making America Great Again. GBA!
