Stewart Levine is the founder of ResolutionWorks, a consulting, training and coaching firm. Stewart began as a lawyer, served as a Deputy Attorney General in NJ and was the managing partner of his own law firm. He was a Law and Humanities Fellow at Temple University Law School, where he also taught.
Stewart wrote “Getting to Resolution: Turning Conflict into Collaboration,” an Award Winning Bestseller, Executive Book Club Selection, Featured by Executive Book Summaries, one of the 30 Best Business Books of 1998, and called “a marvelous book” by Dr. Stephen Covey. It has been translated into Russian, Hebrew and Portuguese. He wrote “”The Book of Agreement”” which has been called “more practical” than the classic “Getting to Yes” and named one of the best books of 2003. He co-authored “Collaboration 2.0” with David Coleman. It’ all about virtual collaboration. Stewart curated and edited “The Best Lawyer You Can Be” published by The American Bar Association. He has created resolution and agreement for many hundred’s of satisfied clients in the most intractable cases. He has been a guiding force in the ADR movement.
