Bob Levin is Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer of Mediate Lawsuit, the alternative dispute resolution directory operating at lawsuit.com. Mediate Lawsuit connects disputing parties, counsel, and credentialed neutrals across the major ADR practice areas, including commercial, construction, employment, intellectual property, real estate, and others. Bob's role centers on the directory architecture, mediator profile systems, and search-visibility infrastructure that determine how mediators get found by the parties and counsel searching for them.
Bob has worked with mediators, ADR providers, and law firms exclusively for over 16 years. He founded Transformational Outsourcing in 2008 as a digital agency serving the mediation and legal industries, focused on website architecture, content strategy, and search visibility for ADR professionals. That work has given him direct working knowledge of the credentialing landscape, including national designations such as the National Certified Professional Mediator (NCPM) program, state programs including California's Senate Bill 940 ADR certification, and peer-recognition systems including Chambers USA; the operational differences between institutional ADR providers and independent neutrals; and the practical factors counsel and parties weigh when shortlisting a mediator.
His current technology focus is AI-era findability for ADR professionals: how mediators surface in AI Overviews and LLM-driven search, how directory profiles need to be structured for retrieval by language models, and how dispute resolution platforms fit into the modern mediator-selection process. The Florida Academy of Professional Mediators (FAPM) recognized Bob's work in mediator marketing and digital strategy with its Webmaster Award.
Bob is based in Aventura, Florida.
Areas of focus: ADR directory architecture; mediator profile optimization; AI visibility for dispute resolution services; mediator-client matching systems; dispute resolution technology.
Recognition: Webmaster Award, Florida Academy of Professional Mediators (FAPM).
