Biography
I am a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil and County Mediator and a Texas-trained mediator based in South Florida. I provide mediation services throughout Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties, as well as statewide throughout Florida and Texas, through Salmon & Dulberg Dispute Resolution.
My path to mediation is unconventional, and I believe that is a strength. I hold a Ph.D. in Science Education and a Master of Science in Biology from the University of Miami, along with a Master of Science in Education from Nova Southeastern University. Before entering dispute resolution, I spent years as an educator, academic administrator, and employee relations professional — roles that required me to navigate conflict, facilitate difficult conversations, and help people find workable solutions under pressure.
That background shapes how I approach mediation. I bring analytical rigor and structured communication to complex disputes, particularly those involving technical subject matter, workplace relationships, and organizational conflict. My certifications in human resource management and data analytics — including a Google Data Analytics Certificate and coursework from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, Yale University, and the University of California, Irvine — give me practical depth in the types of disputes I most frequently encounter: business conflicts, employment matters, insurance claims, and technology-related disputes.
I am also a WIND Certified Appraiser and a FINRA Arbitrator, which broadens my ability to assist parties in insurance appraisal proceedings and financial industry disputes.
My mediation philosophy is grounded in a simple belief: whether a mediation ends in settlement or impasse, every party should feel heard and understood. I focus on making the process productive for attorneys and their clients alike — not getting in the way, but helping parties move toward resolution with clarity and dignity.

Editorial Responsibilities
As an editorial reviewer for Lawsuit.com, my role is to evaluate the factual accuracy, practical completeness, and professional precision of articles covering business mediation, employment dispute resolution, insurance mediation, and the use of mediation in technically complex matters.
I review content against established mediation practice standards, Florida and Texas procedural rules, and the practical realities of how business and employment disputes actually unfold. My academic background in science and education, combined with my certifications in data analytics and human resource management, allows me to evaluate content that intersects mediation with technical, organizational, or data-driven subject matter.
My review is strictly editorial. I have no involvement in the selection of mediators listed in the Lawsuit.com directory, no financial interest in any referrals generated by the platform, and no role in commercial or advertising decisions. I will decline to review content that falls outside my direct areas of expertise and will disclose any potential conflict of interest before undertaking a review.
I recuse myself from reviewing any content that directly references my own practice, Salmon & Dulberg Dispute Resolution, or any matter in which I have a personal or professional interest.
