Contract Mediation

Contract mediation is used when parties disagree about the terms or enforcement of a contract. Whether it’s a business deal, service agreement, or real estate transaction, misunderstandings or unmet expectations can arise. Instead of suing, the parties can sit down with a mediator who guides them through the issues. The mediator doesn’t take sides or make a ruling, but helps the parties talk things out, understand each other’s positions, and come up with a solution they both accept—often faster and cheaper than court.
