Mark Craycraft

Mark Craycraft offers mediation services focusing on labor issues such as union disputes, wrongful termination of employees, unjustified cuts to hours, Workers Compensation, and sexual harassment. He has been serving as an independent mediator since 2017, helping participants resolve their disputes in a respectful and constructive manner.

Mark provides a confidential space for people to openly communicate their needs and concerns without judgment or bias. Mark has also developed a unique approach to mediation, known as Pre-Divorce Mediation. Through this approach, he draws on his experience with premarital counseling and reunification of families when a spouse returns from military deployment. 

Through this new style of mediation, Mark helps couples navigate the challenging and emotionally draining process of separation. In this way, couples may realize that a messy, painful, and expensive divorce may not be necessary with a more healthy expectation of their relationship.

As a mediator, Mark is committed to facilitating meaningful solutions for each participant, and he works tirelessly to ensure that everyone involved feels heard and understood. Mark’s areas of focus are:
