Alyssa Baxley has a decade of experience as a trial attorney, focusing on helping clients get full justice after they have been injured by someone else’s negligence. She is passionate about helping clients get back on their feet and getting full recognition and recovery for the health that was taken from them. She has tried countless jury and bench trials, and is at home in a courtroom. She is known as an aggressive litigator who fights for her clients and doesn’t settle for less than is fair.
Alyssa is licensed to practice in the state of Alabama and the federal courts for the Northern District of Alabama. She studied at the University of Alabama, where she received her J.D. from the School of Law, and an M.B.A. from the Manderson Graduate School of Business. She earned her undergraduate degree from Union University in Jackson, Tennessee, where she graduated summa cum laude with a B.S. in Business Administration.
When she’s not at work, Alyssa spends time with her husband and three little girls on their farm. She is very involved with local community development and growth, serving on the Oxford Zoning Board of Adjustments and the Anniston Police Foundation. She serves as advising attorney to the City of Oxford Civil Service Board. Alyssa and her family attend Oxford First Baptist Church.
