Arthur ("Art") Graham is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator with nearly 40 years of legal experience helping businesses, insurers, governmental entities, associations, and individuals resolve complex civil disputes. A former civil trial attorney and Assistant County Attorney for Volusia County, Art brings decades of courtroom, negotiation, and litigation experience to every mediation.

Art's legal career spans both private practice and public service, giving him a well-rounded understanding of the legal, financial, and practical considerations that influence settlement decisions. Throughout his career, he has represented clients in both Florida state courts and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida in matters involving commercial litigation, insurance disputes, transportation and trucking litigation, governmental liability, and general civil litigation.

Today, Art devotes his practice to mediation, helping parties resolve disputes efficiently while avoiding the uncertainty, expense, and delay often associated with litigation.

Partner – Landis Graham French (2003–2010)
Handled commercial litigation, trucking and transportation litigation, insurance defense, condominium and homeowners' association matters, and commercial disputes while also serving as a mediator in approximately 40 cases annually.

Associate / Junior Partner – Cameron, Hodges, Coleman, LaPointe & Wright (1996–2003)
