Dr. Aurora Paradisis

Aurora Kim Paradisis, RN, BSN, MA, EdD, JD is a transformational leader with a record of being a multi disciplinarian with a genuine passion for humanistic accessibility to quality health, education, and legally implicated alternative dispute resolution services.

Dr. Paradisis understands that mediation is a voluntary, confidential, and flexible process, that is an alternative to having courts decide a solution to disputes between two or more parties. She is a trained mediator and assists those involved in a conflict or dispute, to work toward a negotiated solution of their own. Pivot ADR provides mediation services in the areas of:
