Along with being corporate counsel for Bally Total Fitness, Earl has been a Maryland Circuit Court Mediator since 2012, where he has mediated civil cases in Baltimore City, Baltimore County, Anne Arundel County, Cecil County, Howard County and Montgomery County as well as resolved complex multi-jurisdictional disputes as a private Mediator.
