Gary S. Salzman, Esq., B.C.S., is a shareholder with Garganese, Weiss, D’Agresta & Salzman, P.A., in Orlando, Florida. He is a specialist in business litigation and limits his practice primarily to mediation, arbitration and private judging for legal matters involving commercial, business, corporate, contract, business torts, employment and commercial real estate disputes.

Mr. Salzman received his Bachelors of Business Administration in 1985 and his Juris Doctorate in 1988 from the University of Miami. In 1997, he became Board Certified by The Florida Bar in Business Litigation.

Mr. Salzman served six years on The Florida Bar’s Board of Legal Specialization and Education, and six years on The Florida Bar’s Business Litigation Certification Committee. From 2009 to 2021, he was an elected member of the Executive Council for the Orange County Bar Association. He is also a member of the board of directors and a past president of the George C. Young American Inn of Court.

Mr. Salzman is certified by The Florida Supreme Court as a circuit-civil and appellate mediator. He is also a Florida Supreme Court trained arbitrator and a member of various arbitration and mediation panels for the International Centre for Dispute Resolution, the American Arbitration Association and the American Health Lawyers Association.
