Grant, as a registered patent attorney, has focused his practice on patent prosecution in a diverse array of technologies from mechanical devices to software.
Grant has also handled trademark matters during his entire career. Perhaps as important as anything, Grant has actively been involved in IP litigation during his career, including having personally tried IP cases and participated as litigant in numerous mediations. This combination of IP experience is a skillset very rare among IP practitioners, and one Grant believes gives him a significant edge in gaining a very fast understanding IP cases with an effort to resolve them.
