Michael Eagleson, Esq., Arbitrator and Mediator, has over 30 years of experience in the field of labor and employee relations, focusing on labor and employment law, including the negotiation and enforcement of collective bargaining agreements, discipline cases, mediations, fact-finding and interest arbitration proceedings.

Mike has earned a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Science degree from the University of La Verne, a Master of Dispute Resolution degree from Pepperdine University School of Law, Strauss Institute and a Juris Doctor from Trinity Law School.

Since 1996, Mike has been a Senior Adjunct Professor for the University of La Verne’s School of Business and Public Management where he teaches Collective Bargaining, Management Negotiations, Business Negotiations, Mediation and Conflict Management courses. Mike’s notable achievement for the University include creating the curriculum for the University’s Mediation and Business Negotiation courses. In 2011, Mike became an Adjunct Instructor for Cornell University School of Industrial and Labor Relations where he teaches Negotiation Skills, Interest Based Bargaining and Employment Law Mediator Training courses.

Mike has been appointed to serve as an arbitrator and Mediator on the following panels: California State Mediation and Conciliation Service, American Arbitration Association Employment and Labor panels, Nuclear Regulatory Commission, and Cornell University Panel of Neutrals.

Mike is a member of the California State Bar, Labor and Employment Relations Association, American Bar Association Dispute Resolution Section, Association for Conflict Resolution, California Dispute Resolution Council, Orange County Bar Association and the Los Angeles County Bar Association.
