A graduate of Regent University’s School of Law, Michelle holds a Masters Degree in Law and a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from Bryan College. She brings over 25 years of experience working as a legal and nonprofit advocate, serving in the areas of complex litigation, employment law, real estate, estate and financial planning, business organizations, nonprofit advocacy, corporate transactions, public policy, civil and human rights and international law.

Michelle specializes in Online Dispute Resolution (“ODR”), community-based mediation, and nonprofit advocacy services. She is currently listed as a Florida Supreme Court Certified Mediator certified in all classifications and a Tennessee Rule 31 Certified Mediator with dual certification. In addition to working in mediation and nonprofit advocacy through The Advocacy Center, Inc., a nonprofit founded by her and her husband, Michelle enjoys teaching fitness-based yoga, playing in the ocean, weaponry and working in community development.
