If parties are unable to resolve, articulate or let go of their position as it pertains to a legal dispute, Bussey Arbitration and Mediation Services, LLC. is where disputing parties have an opportunity to seek Ms. Pamela Bussey’s services as a neutral, whether as an Arbitrator or Mediator.
Pam Bussey, principal of Bussey Arbitration and Mediation Services, LLC, relocated to Florida approximately 30 years ago from Philadelphia, where she still maintains her credentials as a licensed attorney in the state of Pennsylvania. In 2014, she officially took action on an idea of combining her legal education and experience as an All-lines Insurance Adjuster to form Bussey Arbitration and Mediation Services.
Pam is also involved in the community, as she is Vice Chairman of the Lake Mary Elder Commission and on the board of directors of the nonprofit RAPID (Reliable Advocacy for Persons with Intellectual Disabilities). When she became a member of the Lake Mary Elder Commission, an organization that supports senior citizens in a variety of ways, is when Pam identified a growing demand for Elder Mediation and became certified in that specific area of mediation.
