Regina F. Since being admitted to The Florida Bar in 1978, she has represented clients in virtually every aspect of family law, including divorce, child custody, parenting plans, alimony, equitable distribution, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, appellate matters, and complex family disputes.

• Served as Partner with Scherman and Zelonker, P.A., concentrating on family law, probate, real estate, and appellate matters.
• Practiced with Stabinski and Funt, P.A., where she handled family law, appellate matters, and civil litigation.
• Served as a mediator for the Miami-Dade County Family Court Visitation and Access Project, helping families improve parenting relationships and resolve visitation disputes.
