Reginald McDaniel Mediator

For more than two decades, Reginald D. McDaniel worked hard to build his reputation as a lawyer who believes in his clients and represents them with vigor and integrity. Reginald strongly believes individuals and families who’ve been seriously injured by the negligence of others deserve someone who will fight for their rights.

The Law Offices of Reginald D. McDaniel, LLC was founded in 2002. Prior to entering private practice, Reginald worked in the federal government, in television, print media, public relations and within the sports information industry.  Combining his years of legal experience with his professional experience gives Reginald a unique perspective to solving complex legal issues and handling clients’ needs in private and business litigation.

Named to Birmingham’s Top Lawyers in 2014 and to National Top Black Lawyers Association in 2015-2023, Reginald continues to grow The McDaniel Law Firm into new areas of law, such as:
