Robin Blanton, a third generation Floridian, has been a civil trial lawyer in Vero Beach, Florida for more than four decades. Although his offices are located in Vero Beach, Florida, Mr. Blanton has extensive jury trial experience throughout the state of Florida.
Robin received his undergraduate degree from Stetson University in 1973 and his law degree from Stetson University College of Law in 1977. He is admitted to the Florida Bar, the trial bar of the United States Southern District of Florida, the United States District Court or Florida – Middle District, the United States Circuit Court of Appeal for the Eleventh Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.
Robin has been a Florida Bar Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer since 1988, and he has been a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator since 2009. In 2015, Robin successfully completed a Supreme Court of Florida approved Arbitration Training Program. He is a member and past President of the Palm Beach Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), a national organization of preeminent civil trial attorneys.
Robin has served both local and state bar associations, and is a past President of the Indian River County Bar Association. He enjoys an AV rating with Martindale-Hubbell, and he has been recognized by Florida Super Lawyers in general litigation.
