Mediator's Profile

Sarah Doke

Business Name: Law Offices of Sarah Doke

Sarah Doke has been a Texas attorney for over 25 years. Her practice involves children’s advocacy and delicate family law cases. Her extensive experience with family law lays the foundation for her family dispute resolution practices.

Sarah’s approach to mediation starts with providing a neutral, caring place for parties to discuss their grievances. She digs to the root of the conflict and the underlying emotional motivations of each party. She encourages each party to focus first on their children. This approach, tailored throughout her family law practice, generates successful outcomes for children, parents, and counsel.

As a fully licensed mediator, Sarah provides mediation services to both family courts and child protection courts, and is dedicated to problem-solving and facilitating equitable solutions for families and their children.

Sarah received her law degree from South Texas College of Law in 1995, and gravitated toward family law. Over the years, her practice has narrowed to focus almost entirely on child advocacy. She’s frequently appointed as an amicus attorney in courts throughout East Texas, and she’s made a name for herself defending the interests of children. She has an innate ability to encourage young people to communicate and can interact with them in a way that helps her provide them with a high-quality legal defense.

In addition to serving as a licensed attorney, I am also trained as a credentialed Mediator, a Parenting Coordinator and Facilitator. As a Parenting Coordinator and Facilitator I work with high conflict couples who need guidance in areas like:
