Stephen Poteet

Stephen Poteet of The Case Masters, LLC provides civil, family and contract mediation services for parties seeking to resolve disputes prior to litigation. He volunteers his time and skill as a mediator with the Nashville Conflict Resolution Center (NCRC) in Davidson County’s General Session Court, TN Judicial District 20.

Stephen is listed as a Rule 31 trained mediator in the state of Tennessee, and with his financial advisory and investment experience, he has mediated matters for FINRA. He believes mediation gives parties an opportunity to have direct input in their case and reach a more equitable settlement.

He is the President and Managing Broker of Mainstar Realty & Management, LLC.
