Timothy Malloy

The Law offices of Timothy O. Malloy is an Indiana law firm, concentrating in the areas of Workers’ Compensation and Personal Injury disputes.  Tim offers his clients clear, concise explanations on what to expect if facing litigation. His standards are  high, but he can’t serve excellence without the best practices in place, and works hard to bring his clients justice and peace of mind.

Timothy was appointed to the Judges and Lawyers Assistance Program by the Indiana Supreme Court in 2003. He is also a member of the Lake County Bar Association’s Board of Managers and is an active member of the Knights of Columbus, fourth degree,  Past President of the St. John Evangelists Mens Club, Timothy is active in the Lake County, Indiana and State Bar Association where he has served as a member of several special committees.

Additionally, Tim offers mediation as an option over litigation, and can mediate both Workers Compensation and Personal Injury cases. Tim plays the role of a neutral to assist in the process of bringing the dispute to a resolution.
