Tracy Ann Moore-Grant has practiced exclusively in the area of family law in the North Georgia area since 2002. She focuses her practice on all issues related to families including divorce, child custody, child support, domestic violence and contempt issues. She regularly handles matters which may be low conflict such as an uncontested divorce or complex family law matters such as cases involving psychological custody evaluations and small business and retirement division.
Tracy is a trained guardian ad litem, registered mediator and arbitrator and trained Parent Coordinator. Her experience brings a unique skill set to both her litigation practice and her ability to act as a mediator to assist parties in resolving contested issues.
In 2019, Tracy began focusing her practice exclusively on uncontested and amicable divorce and founded the Amicable Divorce Network, a network of legal, financial and other professionals dedicated to working together to achieve a respectful divorce for their clients. This non-adversarial approach to divorce leaves both parties in a much better financial and psychological state than a bitter dispute.
