As principal and founder of Prince Law Group, LLC, she focuses on divorce mediation, collaborative divorce, negotiated settlements, and other non-adversarial approaches to resolving family disputes. Wendy began her work in divorce mediation in 2000 and is certified in both mediation and collaborative divorce law. She is a founding member of the Connecticut Council for Non-Adversarial Divorce and has served as Past President of the Fairfield County Bar Association Ethics Committee Co-Chair. She is recognized by Connecticut Super Lawyers in Family Law (2024–2026) and New York Metro Super Lawyers (2026).
