In 2010, Mr. Tye Bourdony graduated from Barry University School of Law, and upon graduation from Law School he was then hired as the staff mediator for the Ninth Judicial Circuit’s Osceola Courthouse ADR Department, where he served through April of 2017.

Mr. Bourdony has experience as a Mediator, Arbitrator, & Primary Mediation Trainer, and mediates the following kinds of court ordered, private, pre-suit, & administrative cases:

  • Family matters, including Divorce, Paternity, & Modifications

Mr. Bourdony is now the Director of Mediation at the downtown Orlando law/mediation firm, CPLS, P.A., and also acts as a Primary Mediation Trainer certifying new Family, Circuit, & County mediators, while also providing continuing education training to mediators & attorneys throughout Florida & the United States.

Mr. Bourdony sits on a number of mediation panels throughout Florida, including the Florida Department of Financial Services, the Florida Department of Agriculture, Florida’s Better Business Bureau, as well as with both the Orange and Hillsborough County Residential Mortgage Foreclosure programs.
